In this video I was measuring myself after lunch and dinner, trying to understand why my lower belly is not growing or even getting smaller after I eat more. And looks like the answer is that upper belly is expanding and tightening the skin, so when my whole belly is tight it is getting less prominent at the lower are and just expands in all possible ways to fit all the food. So I feel stuffed and my belly looks flatter, because of my upper belly got bigger. So I think it works like this.

Hey there, folks! It's me, Tara Soft, and I've got a little holiday story to share with you. So, I came home early for Christmas this year, and boy, was it a treat!

First things first, I wandered into the kitchen, and when I opened the fridge, I was met with a sight to behold. My mom had stocked up on all kinds of delicious food for the holidays. I mean, seriously, it was like a treasure trove of culinary delights.

Naturally, I couldn't resist. I grabbed some fruits and started munching away while admiring the feast before me. And let me tell you, home-cooked meals beat those tomb raiding rations any day.

Of course, Mr. X was there with his usual grin, watching my every move and encouraging me to relax. It's always nice to have someone appreciate your downtime, you know?

But, back to the food. I couldn't stay away from the fridge, and soon enough, I was diving right into it. I spent an entire day feasting on all the goodies, and my belly… well, let's just say it grew quite a bit.

I didn't even stop after that. A little water and my belly rounded up even more. I couldn't help but wonder if anyone would notice my holiday indulgence.

So, I decided to show off a bit. I entered another room, stood up straight, and asked Mr. X what he thought of my new look. His response? Well, he was pretty impressed. I even took a moment to tighten my chest belts, enhancing the whole appearance.
