I was redirected to a specialist for my back and migraines.
My doctor agreed that my chest is the main problem. He gave me some medication for the time being.
The down side is I will be zombie like so I won’t be able to do as much (as if I could before) until I go to the specialist.
I also have a skin condition that I am healing.
For now I will work 1-2 hrs a day if possible and if I don’t have a migraine.
I have to reinforce my back as well so I have to walk 30 minutes a day right now.
I also received medication for my heart in which I don’t know how to explain in English and I will have to monitor my heart for the next two weeks.
Please be patient with me. I haven’t sent some of the purchases because of my health

⚠️ About my Health ⚠️
As many of you know, I suffer from Chronic Migraines.
I also have very bad back , shoulder and neck pain.
I will be going to the doctor soon to request some treatments I was not able to get years ago.
I’ll be requesting Botox treatment for my migraines as it has shown to help. If it’s for free (I live in Germany and health treatments are normally free) I will be going forward with it.
As for my back pain, shoulder and neck, it’s due to my large breasts. I was told I would need a reduction the older I got. But at the time this was told to me, I was not eligible to get it.
I will speak with my doctor to see if I can finally get the surgery.
I am at a point where it hurts to stand longer than 10 minutes.
It’s hurts to stay sitting for longer than an hour.
I can’t work. I spend most of the time in bed in pain.
I reached a point where I am physically incapable of doing most things. I just stay in bed trying to sleep because I can’t even sleep with the pain I have gotten.
With this I am gaining weight because I can’t move. It’s taking a toll on my mental state.
Because of this bullshit, I can’t even bring myself to be INTIMATE with my boyfriend because I don’t feel good about myself AND I’m in pain most of the time.
This is not a life I want to live. I want to go back to being active, work, stream and doing more things with my family.
So I’m sorry that I’ve been slow. I’m trying to get better 🤍
