Generally I don’t care much for material things but when I took myself on holiday this month & received flowers, Prosecco & a fruit plate on arrival, well, I was stunned. I had a gorgeous bed. Staff were attentive. I bathed in wonderful smelly soaps. I felt like the richest bitch. Now I’ve gone sober again perhaps I will treat myself more frequently!
