This week I've really struggled with my mental health. I've got an illness called Borderline Personality Disorder which has lots of self sabotaging & uncontrollable symptoms. Luckily I have had beautiful friends take care of me, but also, lots of you have made a huge difference to my mood. Your sweet messages. Your feedback. Sending me tips. It all makes my heart soar.
