After starting this work years back - I found myself struggling in seeing my body in the way I do now as between the continued comments of what others found perfect and appealing in me to them and then the comparison to others - it was hard to stay connected in the knowing that - my body just - is. Perfect in more than just bouncy breasts, my long legs or my hips but - all of it. Allowing myself to look in the mirror each day with my naked body and say - your value isn’t what others see or share about you - you are beautiful - just as you are. I love this work because it is an opening for everyone. A continued opening for me to connect with my body in more than just what others want or see as “beautiful” This is - mine and I want to remind that for everyone else in their bodies too. No one else deserves or can place value on the perfection of what your body is. There is no - better in another. There is perfectly - you 💛
