

Some of ya'll have been asking for more workout routines so here is a quad and glute leg day! If you go under my workout routine tab, you'll see the rest of this four day program! I recommend at least one day of rest, but you can do cardio and core work on the off days as well! Feel free to comment any questions you might have! ***Quads and Glutes*** **Barbell Back Squats** 4 sets of 6 reps (try going up in weight each set) **Hip Thrusters** (On machine or with bar) 3 sets of 12 **Leg curls & Leg Extensions** (superset these) 3 sets of 12 each **Hip Abductions & Hip Adductions** (superset these) 3 sets of 12 reps each **Standing Calf Raises** (can use calf raise machine or smith machine/rack) 3 sets of 24 reps
