Hope you all enjoy! 🤠***Glutes and Hamstrings*** **Dumbbell Front Rack** 4 sets of 15 reps **Single Leg Hip Thrusts** 4 sets of 15 reps (15 reps on each leg is one set) **Dumbbell Russian Deadlifts** 4 sets of 15 reps (eventually work up to using a barbell for these instead) **Bulgarian Split Squats** 4 sets of 12 reps (12 on each leg is one rep) **Hip Abductions and Sumo side walks** 4 sets of 20 hip abductions and 4 sets of 30 paces for the side walks (superset these) **Seated Calf Raises** 4 sets of 20 reps **Farmers Carry** 4 reps of 45sec walks
