I'm in pain all the time and it's my birthday today so inevitably mother nature gave me my period too... But I can work around this. I have fibromyalgia and hypermobility. I also have a collection of MH issues but that's not what this post is about. My flare ups differ and come on iregularly and can put me down for a while. My periods can send me to holpital.
